Astek Home x Dream Green DIY

When Carrie Waller and her husband, John, moved into their new home, they got straight to renovations. There was one thing left on the list that just seemed to keep nagging them. That was their “front” door, which is more of a storm door off to the side of their home. What seemed like the last project to make their new home perfect soon turned out to be way out of their budget.

So they decided to take matters into their own hands (and ours). Astek Home partnered with the writer, crafter, and photographer of Dream Green DIY for this home improvement project. Because this glass “side” door actually faced the street, she wanted to spruce it up with some added privacy. Prior to this makeover, the completely transparent door would disappear into the room behind it. Our frosted aqua window film was the solution. Not only did Carrie and John love the pop of color, but their neighbors did, too!
